Saraswati Ma

I wrote this mantra after connecting with the gifts of Saraswati. What came through was: To create authentically, we are called to feel the depths of our emotional world. The deeper we delve into that world and embrace our suffering and pain, the more we can transform it into heartfelt, beautiful art and music.

Om Gan Ganpataye-

Ideal to use at the opening of a Kirtan as by calling in Ganesh we are calling in presence and playfulness. To get out of our own way.

Hari Om Namah Shivaya -

I first heard this from the Mooji Bhajans. I love singing to Shiva, calling in the aliveness of Shakti, the 'Hari', into the transcendental energy of Shiva. It is a request to go beyond form and perceive from a more expanded knowing.
